Mr. Vijendra Kumar Gupta (Chairman & Whole-Time Director)

Mr. Vijendra Kumar Gupta is the Promoter of the Company and having vast experience of more than 60 years in the Cable Industry. He is also the Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the Company. He has been a firm believer in technology since starting of his career. Having worked in different areas of Strategy & Planning, Sales & Marketing, Governance, Operations etc., He provides guidance to the Board ensures effective governance practices and provides macro industry insights. Under his leadership, the Company has experienced significant growth over the past years. He holds the Directorship in other body corporates such as Saneh Industrial Investments Limited, Vishranti Trading Enterprises Limited, Standard Enamel Works Private Limited, Ram Kumar Gupta and Sons Limited, Abaskar Construction Pvt. Ltd., Delton International Ltd., B and M Trading and Investment Co Ltd.

Mr. Vivek Gupta (Managing Director & CEO)

Mr. Vivek Gupta is the Managing Director & CEO of the Company. He has completed his graduation from Delhi University & having rich experience of more than 30 years in the Cable Industry. His strategic approach has enabled him to effectively lead the Company and direct the planning and execution of critical capex projects. He has an exemplary leadership skills. He has a proven track record of leading teams with integrity and fostering a collaborative work environment and leads the Company transformation by setting strategic direction and driving key growth initiatives. As a dynamic leader, he has extensive experience in business strategy, marketing, operations and taken initiatives that have major business impact which includes sustainability, diversity, business policies, sales and customer development, marketing, corporate governance, brand equity and talent development. His hard work and pioneering ideas have played a major role in the Company’s success. His contribution to the Company is exceptional and unsurpassed. He holds the Directorship in other body corporates such as Saneh Industrial Investments Limited, Vishranti Trading Enterprises Limited, B and M Trading and Investment Co. Mrs. Shalini Gupta (Non-Executive Director)

Mrs. Shalini Gupta is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has completed her graduation from Bombay University and having rich industrial experience and has inspired and let the implementation of many path-breaking initiatives. She has been and continues to be actively involved in CSR and ESG activities undertaken by the Company. She has played a pivotal role in accelerating the Company’s success. She holds the Directorship in other body corporates such as Vishranti Trading Enterprises Limited, SIV India Private Limited, Inkit Creative Private Limited and B and M Trading and Investment Co Ltd, Ram Kumar Gupta and Sons Limited and Delton International Limited,

Mr. Atul Aggarwal (Independent Director)

Mr. Atul Aggarwal is the Independent Director of the Company. He has more than 30 years of experience in Business Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Aggarwal has completed his MBA from the prestigious Kenan Flagler School of Business, University of Chapell Hil, USA, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. His dedication to giving back to society is exemplified by his active involvement in prestigious organizations such as the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Gold Governing Board, the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), where he contributes his expertise and leadership to drive impactful initiatives. He also holds directorship in other body corporate such as Sterling Tools Limited, Sterling Gtake E-mobility Ltd, Sterling Automobiles Private Ltd. and Ester Industries Limited.

Mr. Abhishek Poddar (Independent Director)

Mr. Abhishek Poddar is the Independent Director of the Company. He is an industrialist, philanthropist, and art collector. He is the director of SUA Explosive & Accessories, and the Managing Director of Matheson Bosanquet. He has varied experiences in the spheres of finance, administration, human resources, and general management.

Besides serving on various boards and committees in India, Mr. Poddar also serves on the advisory committees of the India-Europe Foundation for New Dialogues, headquartered in Rome and on the Lincoln Centre Global Advisory Council. He was named as one of Asia’s 2018 Heroes of Philanthropy by Forbes Magazine. s

Mr. Amit Ramani (Independent Director)

Mr. Amit Ramani is the Independent Director of the Company. He holds the Bachelor’s degree in architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, a master’s degree in architecture from Kansas State University, USA and a master’s degree in science from Cornell University, USA. He has approximately 20 years of experience in the field of real estate and workplace solutions. He has also worked with Nelson Worldwide, LLC, in his capacity as a senior vice president, and Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, Inc. (HOK), New York, in his capacity as a consultant. He has been recognised by The Economic Times – most promising business leaders of Asia 2019-2020, for demonstrating exemplary leadership qualities. He has also been recognised as one of the top 100 great people managers in the country, as part of the great people manager study 2023. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Awfis Space Solutions Limited.

Mr. Gagan Sinha (Independent Director)

Mr. Gagan Sinha is the Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is also a Secretary General of Foundation EMDA South Asia. He has over 30 years of experience in international trade and business developments, supply chain management and liaisoning with governmental & non-governmental authorities in the Energy Sector. Apart from above, he has also been actively involved in promoting development cooperation in social sector. Mr. Sinha holds the directorship in various companies.

Mr. Ankit Arora (Whole-Time Director)

Mr. Ankit Arora has completed his BBA from JIMS, Delhi. He has a rich experience in Marketing & Operations and associated with the Company for more than 15 years.
